OAK ORANGERIES

Historically an orangery is a room where orange and other fruit trees were housed to be protected during the winter, sometimes also referred to as a greenhouse or conservatory.

In the modern day many people choose an orangery styled building when extending their homes, with an emphasis on light it’s a great choice when looking to brighten your living space and make the most of garden views.

All of our oak frames are handmade in green oak using traditional construction methods and mortise and tenon joints. Our workshop and offices are in rural West Berkshire, just south of Newbury.

While we don’t have a showroom, you’re more than welcome to visit us by appointment. Some of our customers like to see their project during the framing stage in the workshop. If we’re preparing a quote for you, we will typically come to see you on site.
