Oak garden room with link

This was a lovely project for a client who had bought a large Grade II listed cottage in a village near Hungerford. A doorway into the extension was created using and existing opening for a window off the kitchen into a small glazed link that lead into the new garden room. The roof was all traditional lead and the space created was just what the client was hoping for.
Hartwood designed the building, obtained planning and listed building consent and carried out all the building work bar the plumbing and electrics which were done by the clients builders working on the main house.
