This project was for delightful retired couple near Cold Ash who wanted to have replace their conservatory with a building that was useable all year round and would improve the space off the kitchen and sitting room to create a much better family space for when the grand children came to visit which was often.
The design had to link into an older extension, so care was required to make the roof design work but look attractive and create a nice internal space for the clients.
We obtained planning permission and carried out a turnkey service for the clients who are delighted with the new living space.
Our ground works contractor also re-landscaped the rear garden outside the new extension to vastly improve the outdoor amenity to go with the bi-fold doors the client had in the central vaulted roof section of the building.
