ROOF TRUSSES
Even if your plans don’t include a full oak timber frame that doesn’t mean that we cannot add something special to a more conventional build. We have provided oak roof frames and oak roof trusses that create impact and dramatic effect within quite contemporary designs. Less can be more, even with oak framing, and well-placed tie-beams or purlins can add that little accent of tradition or simplicity that makes all the difference.

All of our oak frames are handmade in green oak using traditional construction methods and mortise and tenon joints. Our workshop and offices are in rural West Berkshire, just south of Newbury.
While we don’t have a showroom, you’re more than welcome to visit us by appointment. Some of our customers like to see their project during the framing stage in the workshop. If we’re preparing a quote for you, we will typically come to see you on site.
