GARDEN STRUCTURES

Oak has to be the first choice for timberwork in the garden. Traditional and enduring, oak can be employed to create the framework for planting designs for gardens of any size. Oak garden structures come in all shapes and sizes, pergolas, seating arbours and gazebos to take advantage of a favourite view, and follies just for the joy of creating something beautiful in a particular spot. Bridges and more practical structures like small tractor barns can all be sculpted from fresh sawn oak. Let us know of your ideas, after twenty five years we cannot yet have seen it all!

All of our oak frames are handmade in green oak using traditional construction methods and mortise and tenon joints. Our workshop and offices are in rural West Berkshire, just south of Newbury.

While we don’t have a showroom, you’re more than welcome to visit us by appointment. Some of our customers like to see their project during the framing stage in the workshop. If we’re preparing a quote for you, we will typically come to see you on site.
