OAK ANNEXES

A living or working space, separate from the house can be useful in so many ways and fill a variety of roles. Home office, overflow accommodation, playroom, teenage space, elderly persons annex or summerhouse to name just a few. We can design and build an oak frame that can incorporate everything you might need for independent living for both the short term and for longer. It may provide the solution to the need for more space when there is no suitable place for an extension to your house and costly relocating is just not something that appeals.

All of our oak frames are handmade in green oak using traditional construction methods and mortise and tenon joints. Our workshop and offices are in rural West Berkshire, just south of Newbury.

While we don’t have a showroom, you’re more than welcome to visit us by appointment. Some of our customers like to see their project during the framing stage in the workshop. If we’re preparing a quote for you, we will typically come to see you on site.
